Dance Movement Therapy group sessions

I offer online and in-person therapy sessions. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and queer affirmative and I use modalities like Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Dance Movement Therapy, and body-based approaches.

These workshops aim at making common mental health related topics easy to understand and process experientially. I facilitate workshops for educational institutions, corporate organisations, and any other group/organisation looking to learn more about mental health & wellbeing.

These sessions are aimed at self-exploration and development within a community. Through the group sessions I offer a supportive space that can also be used in adjunct to therapy for mental health concerns like depression and anxiety.
